About the Position
The School Partnership Coordinator will play a pivotal role in launching and maintaining our pilot program in Bartlesville.

You will be the face of Kids Voting Oklahoma on the ground, ensuring that students have access to high-quality, non-partisan civic learning experiences and mock elections that make democracy come alive.

Primary Responsibilities

School Outreach
Identify and build relationships with school administrators, teachers, and student groups across the district.

Community Engagement
Engage local families and community partners to support civic learning outside the classroom.

Educator Support
Provide training and resources to educators to ensure successful implementation of the civic education pilot.

Material Distribution
Manage and distribute ballots, educational guides, and mock election supplies to partner schools.

Program Coordination
Oversee calendar logistics, mock election scheduling, and coordinate student participation across partner schools.

Progress Reporting
Track program impact and report progress to organization leadership to support future expansion.
